EDIT:i ended up getting a refund, but i just received the card (june 30) with an apology note. that was thoughtful. it was for a birthday that has passed, but i’ll still be giving it to them. i feel as if my previous disappointment was valid, but they made it up.
-i hate leaving negative reviews, but i am slightly frustrated. i ordered this on may 26th. it was supposed to ship out in 1-3 days. its two weeks later and i havent even gotten a reply from the shop owner. this was for a birthday present and not even getting a “hello” back is worrying.
